Meet Connor

This sweet little boy is Connor. He is five years old. When he was three, he was diagnosed with Very Early Onset Inflammatory Bowel Disease Ulcerative Colitis. Over the course of the past two years, his disease has progressed, and it has been a struggle to find the right course of treatment for him.

Connor's parents, Jason and Danielle, often find themselves feeling helpless. After one particularly challenging hospital stay they decided to create a foundation in Connor's name that will allow their family to spread awareness about VEO IBD and also put forth fundraising efforts to raise money for VEO IBD research at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia where Connor is fortunate enough to receive excellent care from doctors who are second to none in their field.
